INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The company Cianfrocca Trasporti S.R.L., with registered office in Via Morolense 7, 03019 Supino (FR), in its capacity as Data Controller, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, informs the interested parties of the purposes and methods of processing of the personal data collected, their scope of communication and diffusion, as well as the nature of their conferment.
HOW THE INFORMATION IS ISSUED
CATEGORIES OF DATA
The processing carried out by the Company relates to personal data and possibly data relating to criminal convictions and offences referred to in Article 10 of the GDPR, including data relating to third parties or originating from third parties, in their capacity as delegates authorised by the data subject.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The aforementioned data are processed for the performance of pre-contractual, contractual and legal obligations connected with the existing relationship, and in particular for the management of orders, procurement of goods or provision of services, including professional services, and for other activities such as archiving, invoicing, processing, as well as sending information messages regarding the services provided by the Controller under the existing relationship, in full compliance with the principles of correctness and lawfulness of processing as well as the provisions of the law.
DATA PROCESSING METHODS
Data processing is carried out using IT procedures or, in any case, telematic means or paper media by specially appointed internal staff. The data are stored in paper, computer and telematic archives and the minimum security measures provided for by the legislator are ensured.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Personal data will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the interested party, except for communications to group companies permitted by law and those to authorised third parties, where these are necessary for the performance of activities functional to those carried out by the Company, such as administrative, accounting and fiscal activities and unless this is indispensable for the performance of the obligations undertaken by the parties. In this case, the use by third parties will take place in full compliance with the principle of correctness and the regulations in force. Personal data shall be accessible to employees and collaborators and consultants of the Data Controller specifically authorised to process them.
For the pursuit of the above purposes, the possibility of transferring personal data to group companies located abroad is envisaged. Please note that some countries do not offer the same legal protection for the processing of personal data. In such cases, Cianfrocca Trasporti S.R.L. undertakes to ensure the presence of adequate safeguards for the protection of personal data in accordance with current legislation and to give timely notice to the data subject of the aforementioned safeguards, of the means to obtain a copy of such data and of the place where they have been made available.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the interested party may assert specific rights, including:
1) The right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed;
2) Right of access to personal data and to the following information (purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended, categories of data, recipients of the data, storage period, etc.);
3) Right to request rectification or restriction of data processing;
4) The right to obtain the deletion of personal data if there are grounds;
5. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The Data Controller is Cianfrocca Trasporti S.R.L., with registered office in Via Morolense 7, 03019 Supino (FR).
Personal data shall be stored by the Controller in full compliance with the principles of necessity, minimisation, limitation of storage, by adopting technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk of the processing, for the time strictly necessary with regard to the contractual relationship, as well as, subsequently, for the fulfilment of all legal obligations connected with or arising from the contract.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The provision of the aforementioned data is necessary and any refusal to provide it will make it impossible for the Controller to fully carry out all the activities necessary or functional to the relationship and to fulfil the obligations connected with it.
The processing carried out by the Data Controller for the above purposes is based on the performance of existing contractual relationships as well as the fulfilment of legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.
