You will support the General Management in improving the systems for analysis, reporting and monitoring of company processes. The role starts hands-on, focused on collecting and analysing data, with scope to grow into coordination and cross-functional project management.

What you will do

Manage and update company reporting across the various operational and staff areas.
Collect, analyse and present company data to support strategic decisions.
Spot anomalies, trends and opportunities to improve company processes.
Build or improve interactive dashboards and reports, preferably in Power BI.
Prepare presentations and summaries for regular team and management meetings.
Work with the various company functions, easing dialogue between operations and management.

Who we are looking for

Excellent Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query and conditional formatting.
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
A good grasp of the main company flows: operations, administration, sales, HR.
Analytical skills, precision and a strong ability to summarise.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R or other data analysis tools is welcome.

You will handle the delivery and collection of goods for business and private customers, providing a punctual, high-quality service. You will work alongside the traffic office and the warehouse.

What you will do

Make deliveries and collections with company vehicles (category B licence) on scheduled rounds.
Manage delivery and collection paperwork, making sure it is filled in correctly.
Support loading and unloading at the warehouse when needed.
Deal with customers politely and professionally.
Look after the company vehicle and keep it in good condition.

Who we are looking for

A valid category B licence and solid driving experience.

You will run routes abroad, across Europe, in line with international rules and company procedures. You will be in constant contact with the international traffic office.

What you will do

Run international trips according to the plans set by the traffic office.
Handle loading and unloading and check the goods and transport documents.
Observe driving and rest time rules, along with the specific rules of the countries crossed.
Coordinate with the traffic office and customers on any disruption or update.
Take care of the vehicle and company equipment.

Who we are looking for

Experience in international transport (preferred, not required).
Available for multi-day trips and overnight stays away from home.

To grow our workshop team we are looking for a Junior Mechanic.

You will join our in-house workshop alongside a team of experienced mechanics, gradually building your skills in maintaining the company fleet. You will carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance as well as breakdown repairs, helping keep the fleet efficient and safe.

What you will do

Support the workshop team in the mechanical maintenance of company vehicles.
Carry out preventive and scheduled maintenance.
Help analyse breakdowns and trace the causes of faults.
Take part in the work needed to get vehicles back on the road.
Support tasks such as replacing brake assemblies, tyres, belts and other mechanical components.
